Introducing our luscious and nutritious high protein recipe of Chocolate Date Bars, which mixes the dates’ natural sweetness with the savory flavors of chocolate and peanuts. Here are the ingredients to easily and healthily satisfy your sweet tooth:

  • 9 dates
  • 2 tbsp of Muscle Cheff Hazelnut & Cocoa Protein Spread
  • A bar of Muscle Cheff Dark Chocolate
  • Peanuts

First, take the pits out the dates. Cut them in half, then place them in a layer in a dish lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Muscle Cheff Hazelnut & Cocoa Protein Spread over the dates and sprinkle your preferred nuts over. In the microwave or over a double boiler, melt the Muscle Cheff Dark Chocolate, then drizzle it over the peanuts and add more peanuts on top to finish. The bar should be placed in the refrigerator to cool and firm up for at least a couple of hours. Cut it into strips once it has completely cooled, and your Chocolate Date Bars are ready to serve!
